TEAM & INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPHY HOW PHOTO DAY WORKS 1.Select the type of fund raising/commission plan. 2.Select the type of delivery method of final products 3.Schedule a date for photo day 4.We will send order forms two weeks in advance 5.Forms go to parents one week before scheduled date. 6.We come to your location and take the photos 7.Photos delivered in less than three weeks We create a unique photo day experience. When we set up for an event we bring full size 10x10 light controlled tents to ensure proper lighting and no squinting eyes. To ensure we get the best expressions we always take more than one shot; why have a make up day when it can be done right the first time! We will set up a line system to keep teams organized while they wait. This system provides a safe and controlled environment and will ensure a smooth photo day. Each photographer will have an assistant to keep things running smoothly. A customer service representative will be at our point of sales area to answer questions and display our large variety of products. iolstudios offers custom Pride Posters created from our posed, action or simulated action sports images. Our artists place your images (up to seven) on one of our custom pride designs which can be matched to the color of the athlete ’s uniform/ clothing.
